A young man who was nibbled by a shark while plunging for lobsters off the shoreline of California has been given a lifetime angling permit with extra benefits.
Keane Webre-Hayes, 13, was given the exceptional blessing at an occasion for the California Wildlife Officers Foundation only two weeks after the assault.
