One angler was dead and another was harmed when someone else on board the trawler 'Chief Billy Haver' purportedly assaulted team individuals on Sep 23, 2018.
Radio calls from the angling vessel said the suspect supposedly utilized a blade or a mallet.
The 'Mein Schiff 6' reacted to the angling vessel and took the two harmed sailors on board; a specialist articulated one of them dead.
US Coast Guard authorities met the trawler, which was around 60 miles east of Nantucket with the patro watercraft 'Legare'.
The suspect was arrested.
The issue was under scrutiny by the U.S. Lawyer.
The trawler was worked in 1996 and is claimed by Captain Juan Inc. out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
